Pay for the team, not for each face in the digest
Team is 19 a month for 20 people. That is the plan most remote engineering managers should pick. Regular prices below.
Per-person standup bots look cheap until you multiply. Geekbot Basic is 3 per participant per month on monthly billing, 2.50 if you pay a year up front. Twenty engineers is 60 a month, or 50 on annual. DailyBot Essentials is 3 per active user per month (2.40 annual), and DailyBot bills every member marked active, not only the people who answered.
Standup Smith Team is 19 a month for up to 20 members. Business is 49 for 75. Scale is 99 for 200. The bill stays the same whether 11 people answer or 20.
The four plans
Free. One team, 5 members, 1 standup, Slack only, 30 days of history. Three questions in a DM. Answers in one channel thread. No AI digest, no blocker follow-up, no Teams, no weekly email. Use it to see if people will answer a bot before you pay.
Team. One team, 20 members, 3 standups, Slack, AI digest, weekly participation email, 365 days of history. This is the plan for a single remote product engineering group. Three standups covers engineering, a lighter check-in for on-call, and one more for a sister squad you still own.
Business. One workspace, 75 members, 10 standups, Slack and Microsoft Teams, AI digest, daily blocker follow-up, skip days, public-holiday calendars for US, UK, UAE, and KSA, weekly email, 365 days of history. Pick it when the company uses more than one chat product, or when blockers have to be chased, not just listed.
Scale. One workspace, 200 members, 25 standups, Slack and Teams, AI digest, blocker follow-up, owner plus 5 admin roles, CSV export of up to 100,000 answer rows per month, weekly email, 1,095 days of history. Use Scale when finance wants a spreadsheet of a year of answers, or when you run standups for a handful of squads and need admins who are not the billing owner.
What is not in any plan
We do not sell polls or surveys. Geekbot does. We do not sell a CLI for coding agents. DailyBot does. If those are the job, buy those products. Standup Smith is three questions, one digest, and a blocker loop.
We also do not claim unlimited standups. Business stops at 10. Scale stops at 25. If you need more than 25 standups, Standup Smith is the wrong product.

FAQ
When does it launch?
No public date yet. Founding members get the invite first, by email, before anyone else.
Is Team still flat if 19 people answer and 1 does not?
Yes. Team is priced on the member cap of 20, not on who answered. You are not billed per answer.
Can I start on Free and move to Team later?
Yes. Free keeps only 30 days of history, so move before you need more than a month of answers in one view.
Do you prorate when I add people mid-month?
There is nothing to prorate. Plans are flat monthly prices, not per-head invoices. Add people up to the member cap at no extra cost. If you go past 20 members, you move to Business at 49 a month, which covers 75.
